		<description>I myself would like to see everyone who was on that show now.  While they may have tried very hard and lost a lot of weight. Most people, even inspired people, go astray from there goals quickly without support. The way the media looks at body types makes us want to look better, and becuase we do not easily achieve are goals we quit. Were not successful becuase we need a partner to excersise with.  That is why people on that show are probably back to their original weight.</description>

		<description>I completely agree with John in that it&#039;s not about weight loss, it&#039;s about fat loss.  If you lose weight and lose muscle in the process then you hurt your ability to burn calories and lose even more weight.  If you lose weight due to water loss and dehydration then your body won&#039;t be healthy and you won&#039;t process nutrients in the right way which will hurt you in the long run.

The dramatic changes that people make in their bodies and their lives is simply amazing, however, the show should be focused on educating people about how to lose fat because this is the real problem that we all should be focused on solving.</description>

		<description>I have to disagree with the people who commented before me. I see mostly negatives in The Biggest Loser. The biggest negative is that they only concentrate on weight loss - not on fat loss. 

Other negatives may be that some of these people who participate in the show go to far. They dehydrate themselves, don&#039;t eat (which is only putting them in starvation mode). They make their health even worse. Just because they want to get $250,000...</description>

I lost five pounds in a week and a half.... I wanted to up my weight loss so I found this awsome website that with the DVDS helped me lose ten pounds in 1 1/2 weeks!!

Im still going strong thanks to The Biggest Loser and Elite Weight Loss.... If your the same as me and are looking to lose some weight than follow the website link posted with this.
