I’ve decided to go to the Life Fit exercise progam today. I’ve been spending a lot of time reading about how much exercise is needed to produce weight loss. Since my goal is to lose 30 pounds in two months, I need to add/change my daily habits to increase my weight loss.
I’m starting my day with a cup of green tea and a large glass of water. I’ll be taking a bottle of Propel water with me to the gym. I’ll eat my oatmeal when I get home.
