		<description>Some nice tips there.  I&#039;d like to point out tips 2 and 3, about the low fat alternatives.  You need to be really careful these days with all them low fat foods.  Not only are they filled with chemicals as you said.  Sometimes the lower calorie foods are the same, but have less of the food in the box!</description>

		<description>I really your #4 tips.  I know for me eating the right portion is very difficult because I do not eat throughout the day.  My dad has been eating 5-6 small portion meals for years and is better shape than all of his kids.  It is amazing how healthy you can be from just eating properly and drinking water.

The 100 year rule that Phillip mentioned would be good to use as a guideline, if not totally achievable. The more natural we keep our diets the better :-)</description>
